Sarah Faulkner - Director

I’m Sarah I am the owner of Bespoke Lettings in Crewe Cheshire. I have worked in lettings for over 30 years. Firstly, in the public sector and more recently in the private sector. Our focus is solely on letting and managing properties. So, there isn’t much we haven’t dealt with. We work with experienced landlords, newbie landlords and investor landlords looking for the right opportunity to enter the lettings market.

‘The Kitchen and conservatory: it’s always a hub of activity filled with my friends and family. It’s light, bright and overlooks the garden the perfect place to chill after a busy day.


Claire Kidd – Maintenance Co-ordinator

Claire is a ‘fixer’, and whatever she does, she likes a challenge, and being able to address it. She also speaks Spanish, Italian, French and Turkish. The most recent addition to her repertoire is British Sign Language.

Claire is responsible for organising all the property maintenance – routine and emergency – across the full Bespoke Lettings portfolio of properties. This can be a very rewarding but also extremely stressful juggling conflicting timelines and managing tenants, landlords and contractors throughout the process. Contractor compliance is also a large part of the role along with getting the invoices processed and paid in a timely manner. Getting them paid promptly for the work they do is paramount to keeping a good working relationship. Without them we wouldn’t be able to provide the service we do.

‘The Dining Room: it’s a Victorian house and the room has grey panelled walls and a porcelain stone floor. There’s an old fashioned fireplace, a big heavy dining table, a cabinet which houses all my family ‘treasures’ and a grandfather clock which belonged to my grandparents. The perfect place to detox my head after a busy day!’


Lauren Bennett - Lettings Negotiator

Lauren achieved her degree in Media Studies and then went into graphic design. She has a lovely way with tenants and landlords. She is also now studying for her Residential Property Management Practice to complete her professional exams.

As well as carrying out inventories, check in, check outs, monthly inspections, viewings and referencing she also pulls together the marketing material for new properties and let’s not forget the design of our lovely new website.

‘My kitchen: it’s shades of grey and white, very bright and looks out over the garden. I have a log burner to make it cosy and I love to cook food while listening to music.’


Pam Rourke – Finance Officer

Pam’s career has always involved finance, and her experience before joining Bespoke Lettings was mainly in the public sector, working for both local authorities and police services.

These days, her key tasks are receipting tenant rents and paying landlords – and it this new dimension of interaction with these two groups which she is particularly enjoying since she began the role in May 2023.

‘Finance is the same in many areas, but as a sector, this is very different and I have always had a major focus on customer service,’ she says.

‘The dining room: I’ve just re-decorated and now it’s a light, bright room, which opens up onto the patio, making a perfect space for socialising.’


Becca Leigh - Lettings Administrator

She has a special way of dealing with landlords and tenants and goes above and beyond to deliver an excellent service. Becca deals with all of our admin.

I love my house as its where we started a family and will be our forever home, well until the children grow up and move out! My favourite spaces are my living room, where we will watch family movies and my bedroom (despite the fact it’s the one room we haven’t decorated yet). At the moment it is just cream, with patches of paint testers and unmatched furniture because we can’t decide what colour or style we want! But once done, it will be my best room in the house because it’s got so much potential! I read before I go sleep but it has to be something romantic (thrillers tend to make me have nightmares) and I can just get lost in my imagination.’
