When we set up your tenancy, we carry out all the initial checks, register the deposit, carry out the right to rent checks and hold a copy of the required information, test the smoke alarms on the day of move in and ensure that the prescribed information is served. If this is done incorrectly then it can have major implications for the rest of the tenancy.
Our duty doesn’t end there. We carry out quarterly visits to your property with full reports back to you. This ensures it is being looked after, that necessary maintenance issues are identified, as well as ensuring you are not breaching your right to rent obligations and ongoing responsibilities.
