We only use local contractors to carry out emergency, urgent and routine repairs, keeping prices keen but still offering the individual service. We do all the contractor vetting so you don’t have to worry about it.
Low staff turnover, so you always know who is dealing with your property management.

We don’t make additional money from arranging maintenance works. If you want, you can use your own contractors. Just supply us with a list and leave everything else to us.

We support you in managing the property. Depending on your requirements will depend on the costs. If you are thinking of taking this service then please contact us to discuss your requirements so we can work out a price.
