We have a combined experience of 105 years in the letting industry and are members of ARLA Propertymark, so are extremely knowledgeable of current rental values and understand how to maximise your rental property potential. We will conduct a rental valuation and will advise you on any cost-effective improvements to gain the properties full potential.

We conduct a series of comprehensive checks prior to any tenancy beginning. This includes stringent credit and referencing checks as well as a home visit to ascertain if the tenant knows how to look after your property. Credit checks only tell you if your tenant has the ability to pay, our home visit is belt and braces to make sure we select a tenant who knows how to look after a property.
It is crucially important to find the most appropriate tenant and achieve the best rental income possible, whilst protecting your investment. At Bespoke Lettings Ltd we don't take any short cuts and we believe it is of utmost importance to match the right tenant with the right property.
As a landlord you do not need to worry about being available to conduct viewings of your property, Bespoke Lettings Ltd are on hand to manage this. As a landlord you have a responsibility to provide a safe and well-maintained property for your tenants. Our bespoke Property Maintenance Service is available to advise or fully manage all maintenance of your property. We work with local trusted contractors to provide a maintenance service, as well as carrying our relevant safety checks to ensure the property is legally compliant. If you like to use your own workmen that is ok too. We don’t put money on your contractors’ invoices, so you are free to use whoever. You just need to make sure they are qualified to do the job we are asking them to do.
